Yes, RTA - Direct Rapid Transit service is located in the lower level of Tower City Center (connected to the building). The Red Line offers direct access to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and The Waterfront Line to the North Coast Harbor, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and The Flats. The RTA HealthLine is also accessible right outside the building.
Heinen’s grocery store, CVS pharmacy and more restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all within walking distance from home!

All suites have 10’ ceilings, expansive new windows throughout, large dine-in kitchens, granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, cherry hard surface flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, Energy Star stainless steel appliances, central heating and AC, full-size washer and dryer in each suite, and are wired for high-speed internet. Select suites offer an electric fireplace, beverage center, large walk-in closets, and/or kitchen island.

Yes, The Terminal Tower Residences in Cleveland has a maximum of two pets allowed (with a one dog maximum) per suite, and all pets must be spayed or neutered.
Max weight for dogs is 30 lbs. and we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us for full pet policy.
Yes, $20 per pet, per month, and a non-refundable $300 deposit per pet.
To move in, a resident must pay the application fee(s) (non-refundable), a $250 hold fee (applied towards security deposit balance at move-in, a Security Deposit and payment for the days remaining in the month they move in.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You may choose to use any coverage provider you prefer, but residents at all K&D properties are pre-qualified for renter’s insurance through Resident Shield. This coverage helps protect your personal belongings in the event of fire, water damage, or theft, as K&D does not insure personal property.
